Overview
As Delivery Manager you will lead and inspire a high‑performing team to prioritise outstanding stock processing, stockroom organisation and performance targets. The role is fast paced and rewarding, with opportunities for personal development and flexible working options.
Responsibilities
* Manage a team to deliver outstanding stock processing and stockroom organisation in a commercial, operationally efficient and safe environment, achieving performance targets.
* Demonstrate a hands‑on approach for all operational activities, working alongside the team and supporting sales floors and store management when needed.
* Create an atmosphere that supports, motivates and inspires the team to be their best.
* Ensure smooth running of stockroom processes by continuously improving, identifying and solving problems, driving the highest standards.
* Always strive to have beautifully presented stock available to customers as soon as possible.
Qualifications
* Passionate about customers, people and products, inspiring and motivating the team.
* Team player who thrives in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment and adapts quickly to change.
* Excellent communicator, calm and approachable under pressure, realistic with expectations.
* Strong problem‑solving skills, sound business decision making, ability to challenge processes and generate innovative ideas.
* Confident handling people issues.
* Effective multitasker able to plan, organise and prioritise workload.
* Experience with productivity‑related performance targets desirable but not essential.
