The Role: Leading Through Fitness As the Lead Gym Coach, you will be responsible for: Program Design: Creating inclusive, engaging, and high-impact fitness sessions for students with diverse needs (SEMH/ASC). Mentorship: Building strong, positive relationships with students to improve their self-esteem and emotional resilience.
