Industrial Refrigeration Engineer - Ammonia Systems East Anglia | Full-Time | 39 Hours per Week £35,000 - £68,000 (DOE Overtime Standby Allowance) About the Company A leading UK-based provider of industrial refrigeration services is seeking a qualified Refrigeration Engineer to join their East Anglia team. The Role This is a maintenance-focused, field-based role working on ammonia-based industrial refrigeration systems at customer sites across East Anglia. While experience with ammonia systems is highly desirable, applications are welcome from engineers with strong commercial refrigeration backgrounds who can demonstrate solid technical knowledge and a willingness to upskill. The position includes access to a structured training and development programme with clearly defined pay progression, regular reviews, and support from both local management and a national training team.
