Responsibilities
* Deliver excellent service of routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer and ensure the contract service delivery meets all SLA agreements while adhering to cleaning schedules.
* Contribute to a hospital reputation for high-quality soft services and look for opportunities to develop this further.
* Build positive and productive working relationships with customers and deliver excellent customer service; seek continuous improvement and exceed expectations.
* Adhere to all Mitie Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures.
* Work with initiative, be reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude; able to follow a schedule; be a team player; strive for continuous improvements in service delivery.
* Ideal candidate has cleaning experience; training can be provided; possess knowledge of cleaning equipment, materials and approved chemicals used by Mitie.
Qualifications
* Experience in cleaning preferred; training available.
* Full working knowledge of cleaning equipment, materials and approved chemicals used by Mitie.
