Responsibilities
* Delivering personal care such as washing, dressing, toileting, and oral hygiene
* Supporting residents in meaningful activities, leisure outings, and appointments
* Serving meals and refreshments with warmth and courtesy
* Maintaining a clean, pleasant, and welcoming environment
* Observing and reporting changes in residents’ physical or emotional wellbeing
* Acting as a key worker for a group of residents, ensuring care is tailored to their individual preferences
* Supporting new team members and contributing to a positive team culture

Not far from the city centre of Leeds, Nesfield Lodge is a friendly and familiar home that is setting standards across the Orchard group. The home was awarded the first Orchard Care Centre for Culinary Excellence and is part of the HenPower programme.
