We have a brand-new opportunity for a Principal BIM Specialist to join our team based in Leeds.

Working alongside a range of specialist engineers and consultants, you will be joining a collaborative, knowledgeable, highly engaged team who love what they do, and offer a supportive, flexible, and high-performing work culture.
As a BIM Specialist, you will be a key leader within the team, responsible for managing and delivering high-quality BIM outputs across multiple projects. Coordinate closely with local and central teams to manage external data, monitor model health, and implement clash detection processes.
Manage BIM-related documentation, ensuring project delivery adheres to operational and quality standards.
Promote BIM tools, manage resources, lead internal training, and represent the team in external meetings.
Attend events to keep abreast of industry trends and software updates.
Proven experience working as a BIM Specialist or closely related role, with a track record delivering on a variety of complex projects.
Experience of BIM processes, and use of relevant software / tools such as Revit.
Demonstrable experience working with clients/contractors/architects in a design-oriented/consultant role.
From there, successful candidates will be invited to attend a panel interview, either via Microsoft Teams or in person at one of our offices.
