Job Description
We would like to present you with an exciting opportunity foranOperations Administrator to join our friendly team in Bardon on a full time permanent basis.
Salary:£29,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Working hours: Monday-Friday, 6am-2:30pm.
As anOperations Administrator you will workclosely with the Site General Manager at Bardon, the Operations Administrator role is to report the sites daily performance, weekly site results and be the first point of contact for all invoicing queries.
Key Duties of anOperations Administrator:
1. Work closely with GM and CAM to report sites daily performance.
2. Collateand reportall invoicing data to IPS accounts.
3. Validateweekly suppliers charges and raisePOs.
4. Ensure that all reports show accurate and up to date information.
5. Be the primary contact for customers for all financial queries.
