We are looking for dedicated, resilient, and motivated individuals to join us as Prison Offender Managers—a role that goes beyond supervision to truly rehabilitate, support, and transform lives.
Location and Schedule
HMP Fosse Way, Full time. This role offers a Monday to Friday schedule with flexible shift patterns, as well as occasional bank holidays.
Responsibilities
* Assess and manage high-risk offenders; develop and implement effective sentence plans.
* Support probation officers in managing high-risk cases.
* Attend parole hearings, conduct risk assessments, and contribute to offender management meetings.
* Encourage prisoners to engage in education and rehabilitation programs to aid reintegration into society.
What You Need To Succeed
* Strong decision-making and communication skills with a passion for helping people break cycles of offending.
* Experience working with diverse communities and complex situations; good understanding of the criminal justice system and offender management processes.
* All candidates subject to security and identity checks prior to taking up post.
