In this role you will support and deputise for the Executive Head Chef at Lilleshall with day-to-day issues such as colleague matters, holidays, uniform, equipment etc. You will be involved in hospitality such as weddings, conferences, restaurant, and the day-to-day servery for the athletes that stay on site. Previous Kitchen experience, ideal position for a Chef De Partie / Sous Chef looking to advance their career and food safety qualifications level 2 are essential to be considered for this role. You will need to be fully flexible with the working pattern to cover mornings, evenings, and weekends. This is for weddings, functions, restaurant and servery as site requirement.
