Duties of the Vehicle Technician in Warrington:
13. Conducting vehicle diagnostics and repairs to manufacturer standards
14. Performing routine services such as oil changes, brake inspections, and fluid replacements
15. Repairing electrical and mechanical system faults effectively
16. Managing complex repairs including engine and transmission overhauls
17. Using the latest diagnostic equipment to identify issues quickly
18. Assisting in upskilling colleagues through technical guidance
19. Conducting vehicle MOTs in accordance with DVSA standards when required
20. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment
Candidate requirements for the Vehicle Technician in Warrington:
21. NVQ Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
22. Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a franchised dealership environment
23. Experience working with VWAG vehicles is highly advantageous
24. Good knowledge of modern vehicle diagnostics and repair techniques
25. Strong electrical and mechanical skills with excellent problem-solving ability
26. Full UK driving licence
27. Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
28. Enthusiastic about ongoing training, including electric vehicle technology
