Direct progression: Structured pathway to Director level with full mentoring and support Financial rewards: Competitive £60k base plus 20% fee share on your billings—your success, your reward Real autonomy: Build and shape your own practice area while working with established clients Hybrid flexibility: Central London office with flexible working arrangements Supportive culture: Collaborative team, modern systems, and a genuine focus on your development What You’ll Be Doing Managing a varied caseload of high-quality commercial and residential property matters Developing client relationships and your own practice area Key responsibilities include: Acquisitions/disposals (freehold & leasehold) Commercial lease negotiations (landlord & tenant) Property finance and refinancing Development and option agreements Portfolio management High-value residential conveyancing Leasehold enfranchisement/lease extensions New build/off-plan purchases Buy-to-let portfolios Residential landlord & tenant matters Supervising and mentoring junior team members What We’re Looking For Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) 5-8 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial and residential property CQS accredited (or genuinely willing to obtain) Proven ability to run a mixed caseload independently Strong technical knowledge across both commercial and residential property Excellent client care and relationship-building skills Commercial awareness and a proactive, business development mindset Experience supervising or mentoring junior colleagues Bonus Points For: Experience in property development matters Established client following or proven business development Experience with HNW or commercial clients Knowledge of property finance/secured lending What’s In It For You?
