Can you use your reporting skills to help us ensure that we offer the best possible support to the young people and families that we care for? If so, this Lead Analyst role could be the job for you.
The Lead Analyst will build a framework that captures the interface between service delivery and outcomes for children & families. You will monitor progress, set benchmarking, build an evidence base and evaluate impact through a clear understanding of reporting cycles and meeting requirements. You will work between the data team and operational managers to ensure that interventions offered are in line with the strategy outcomes and to identify where new interventions are to be developed.
This role requires someone who is able to engage with many stakeholders, work autonomously and be creative.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
* Maintain awareness of professional, technical and legislative requirements and changes to the Best Start in Life Family Hubs and Youth Hubs Strategies.
* Use internal and national benchmarking data for self‑assessment and to support managers in setting clear and achievable outcome measures.
* Continuously monitor and review the effectiveness of performance monitoring systems, outcomes and processes to demonstrate the effectiveness of interventions and achieve best value for stakeholders and customers.
* Strong business analysis skills and experience.
* Ability to present complex information clearly verbally and in writing.
* Understanding of national agendas relevant to Best Start Family Hubs and Youth work strategies and best practice in early intervention services.
