The Role
* Supporting solicitors and conveyancers with a broad range of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion
* Opening new matters and ensuring all compliance procedures are completed accurately
* Preparing legal documentation, contracts and correspondence
* Ordering searches and obtaining property-related information
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, brokers and other solicitors
* Providing regular updates to clients and third parties throughout the conveyancing process
* Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, telephone calls and emails
* Maintaining accurate records using the firm's case management system
* Assisting with exchange of contracts, completions and post-completion matters
* Supporting the team in delivering an efficient and high-quality service

* Previous experience working within a residential conveyancing environment
* A solid understanding of the conveyancing process and property transactions

* Professional and confident communication skills
* A proactive and client-focused approach
* Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems
