What we’re looking for:

* Proven experience in business change or portfolio management, ideally within a large local authority or public sector service provider.
* Strong track record of leading and developing effective teams to deliver successful business solutions.
* Expertise in project and programme management methodologies (MSP, P30, Agile, PRINCE2, P3M3).
* Excellent communication skills, able to articulate complex technical information in clear, accessible terms.
* Commitment to continual professional development and keeping pace with technical and business change.
