We are recruiting for a Financial Planning firm in Kingston Upon Thames who have a requirement for someone to take over an existing client bank of approximately £85m from an adviser who will be retiring in the next 12 to 18 months
1. Your primary responsibilities will be to conduct financial reviews and identify suitable opportunities for new business.
2. You will be expected to work in accordance of the firm and full support will be provided by the paraplanning team.
3. You must have a minimum of 2 year’s experience in an advisory role.
4. Technical competence in advising on pensions, investments, and insurances in the pre and post retirement stages.
5. You must have the ability to show confidence, passion, build client rapport authority, personality, handle objections, and also have empathy to put clients at ease.
6. Level 6 qualified Financial Planner (Chartered)
7. Competent Adviser Status in current role.
8. Commitment to ongoing Professional Development.
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
10. To be a self-starter and be able to manage leads and report into the senior management
