The Role L eading the HR function with a team of 2 HR Administrators and an HR Advisor you will be responsible for the full employee life cycle of 900 people including 26 retail outlets, a shoe production factory, serval warehouses and 3 office locations in Skelmersdale, Burgess Hill and Swindon. Key responsibilities Will be to ensure the HR team deliver a first- class HR service across the business on all generalist HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, reward and recognition. Provide advice and guidance to line managers. Ensure robust processes for absence management, employee relations, performance. Develop retention, engagement and development processes. Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful delivery of HR related practices. Use HR MI to inform recommendations for the development of the HR function. Produce Monthly HR dashboard to include headcount, absence management, turnover, recruitment progress, etc. Support to effectively deal with poor performance. Identify top talent and assist managers to support development. Ensure all policies, procedures and processes are kept up to date to ensure compliance with employment legislation. Ensure all HR procedures are ingrained through the business. Responsible for the apprentice levy and all training requirement of the business The Person Has a strong HR generalist background who can roll up the sleeves To be a true team player CIPD Level 5 qualified minimum At least 5 years experience in generalist HR role Proven track record of leading a HR function Ability to persuade and influence at all levels Proactive and can-do attitude, be able to work on own initiative with tenacity and resilience Good commercial understanding Comfortable in providing feedback and positively challenge Ability to successfully manage change and deal with ambiguous situations ADZN1_UKTJ
