Overview
Defence Lead for LHH & Recruitment solutions - recruitment on demand, SOW, Managed Recruitment/RPO. Attraction and Assessment.
This role requires SC clearance and with the caveat of British eyes only. (No dual nationalities)
Responsibilities
* Systems Engineers span across a range of activities that pull together engineering and technology strands into a high-performance system.
* Bridge the gap between theoretically possible and practically implementable solutions.
* Assess where skills fit and discuss options with candidates based on strengths and foundation knowledge.
* Demonstrate compliance to customer and devolved system requirements through linked evidence.
* Take full ownership and responsibility for all tasks.
* Derive and produce technical descriptions from a system architecture.
* Write test strategies, test planning, and procedures; familiar with system test environments and safety standards.
* Define Safe Systems of Work and understand safety requirements for RF communications and radar equipment.
* Familiar with System Engineering processes, configuration management practices, and PLM experience.
Qualifications / Requirements
* Strong technical understanding of system architectures.
* Experience in design of communication systems, radar architectures, and configuration.
* Experience in RF communications and/or radar systems is ideal but not essential.
* Ability to produce system design documentation for evidence gathering and presentation for CDR and other engineering lifecycle events.
* Ability to demonstrate compliance to requirements through evidence and traceability.
* Capable of deriving and producing technical descriptions from a system architecture.
* Familiarity with system engineering processes, CM practices, and PLM.
