As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Measuring, peeling, chopping, and mixing ingredients Processing kitchen deliveries, ensuring that their workstation always has ingredients and equipment in stock Make sure that all the staff always have fresh produce and ingredients by ensuring stock rotation is adhered to Assisting with the preparation of basic ingredients and dishes, such as: salads, vegetables, starters, main courses, and the bakery section Be responsible for ensuring that the kitchen is clean and organised whilst adhering to food safety and sanitation standards (legal and company) What are we looking for? Commercial kitchen experience is highly valued but not essential Possess a basic Catering and Hospitality certificate such as Food Handling or equivalent is desired but not essential as we can provide this for you Must have basic knife skills, food preparation skills, and time management skills.
