This is a great opening for a Sales Administrator who would be keen to obtain a position with a progressive Company where there will be the opportunity to progress.
Some of your duties will include:
* Managing a wide range of enquires and providing information on products and services provided
* Assisting with processing client sales orders from instigation stage through to successful delivery
* Monitoring stock levels and placing purchase orders with suppliers for new stock requirements
* Ensuring any delivery issues are fully investigated and escalated to senior management team if necessary
* Logging details of all calls managed on a daily basis on computer system along with action taken
* Managing client database records and recording details of all contact made
