Can you lead, develop and motivate a team of customer service professionals?
You will lead a team of customer service representatives, coaching them to deliver their best. We are looking for someone with a track record of delivering contact centre-related targets with excellent call-handling and complaint resolution skills. You will need to be confident under pressure, resilient and used to meeting strict deadlines. This is a great opportunity for a customer services professional who feels ready to manage a team.
