Lettings Administrator – Duties:
* Drafting and issuing tenancy agreements with a high degree of accuracy
* Coordinating all pre- and post-tenancy administration
* Maintaining and updating property marketing materials and online listings
* Ensuring property compliance documentation is accurate and up to date
* Managing digital and physical filing systems efficiently
* Providing comprehensive administrative support to the lettings team
* Handling enquiries and liaising with landlords and tenants where required
Lettings Administrator – Experience needed
* Previous experience within residential lettings administration is highly desirable
