Contract: Full-time
Working Days: 5 in 7 days, Monday to Sunday, 09:30am - 18:00pm

Main Purpose of Role
Deal with any incoming customer enquiries, ensuring that all customers are receiving the best service.
Responsibilities
Deal with any incoming customer enquiries through our omnichannel CRM platform and ERP system, delivering excelling customer service.
Deal with any customers in our Gloucestershire showroom, delivering excellent customer service.
Liaise with other departments within the company to help resolve customer enquiries.

Qualifications & Experience
Experience of CRM and ERP systems
Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
