HR Advisor - Bristol - Agile Working Permanent/ Part time role - £24,760 26 hours per week over 3/4 days (Mondays fixed) HR Advisor Day to Day: Supporting HR projects and initiatives to improve colleague experience and engagement through delivering training related to people management and organisational development projects or initiatives. Contribute to HR reporting and data analysis to inform decision making Carrying out administration tasks as required within the team, such as responding to day-to-day queries, processing invoices and maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems. Supporting managers with colleague lifecycle processes such as induction, recruitment, family leave and flexible working. To provide professional and comprehensive HR support, advice and guidance to managers and colleagues in the business.
