HR Projects Manager
Location: Birmingham (Hybrid – 3 days in office)
Contract Type: Full-time
Join a dynamic and collaborative HR team at the heart of a global law firm who are looking for an experienced HR Projects Manager to lead and deliver key people-related initiatives across their international operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-impact projects, from annual promotions and pay reviews to strategic transformation programmes.
What you’ll do:
* Lead and manage international HR projects from planning to execution
* Collaborate with senior stakeholders across HR and the wider business
* Drive governance, communication, and continuous improvement across initiatives
* Use data and analytics to inform decisions and track progress
* Own cyclical processes and ensure timely, accurate delivery
* Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance HR service delivery
What they’re looking for:
* Strong HR project management experience in a large, multinational organisation
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Detail-oriented with strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
* Experience in HR Shared Services and professional services (desirable)
* Project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, APM PMQ) and/or CIPD qualification (preferred but not essential)
* A proactive, resilient, and collaborative mindset
