As a Cleaning/Home Help Assistant, you will complete general household tasks within private homes, such as sanitising surfaces, polishing, vacuuming, changing linen, light meal prep, outings, and more. Like our home carer roles, we focus on finding the right person rather than pushing minimum hours. This means we work with our staff to build a schedule that suits them and their family, helping you achieve a good work/life balance or hours around existing employment. We aim to establish a regular schedule based on your availability, allowing you to build rapport with the service user and understand their needs. Most services are delivered between Monday and Friday. While our usual contract is for 16 hours, we are open to discussing individual preferences. This is a permanent contract, and you will be required to work during school holidays.
