They are currently recruiting for NQ-5 PQE personal injury solicitors to join their industry-leading team during a period of growth.

\nYour new role
\nThis Personal Injury Solicitor role will see you:
\n\n
\n\t
* Manage a personal caseload of pre- and post-issue fast-track and intermediate-track occupiers' liability and public liability cases.
\n\t
* Provide assistance on higher-value claims.
\n\t
* Conduct detailed legal research and provide clear, practical advice to clients.
\n\t
* Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings and witness statements.
\n\t
* Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court when required.
\n\t
* Work effectively in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
\n\t
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve successful case outcomes.
\n\t
* Stay up to date with changes in relevant laws and regulations.

\nWhat you'll need to succeed
