We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team in a fun after school setting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in working with children. As the Deputy Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall management of the facility, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with regulations while ensuring a positive atmosphere for both children and staff.
Duties
* Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations of the after school ensuring compliance with early years.
* Supervise and support staff, providing leadership and guidance to promote a cohesive team environment.
* Develop, implement, and review individual care plans any children, ensuring they meet their specific needs.
* Provide support to staff.
* Maintain effective communication with, families, and
* healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
* Participate in recruitment, training, and performance management of staff members.
Skills
* Proven experience in working with children a minimum of two years.
* Excellent management skills with prior supervising experience desired but not essential
* Strong leadership qualities with excellent interpersonal skills.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From £14.00 per hour
