Join our evolving EDE team and help keep a suite of in-house platforms running smoothly - while also building the next wave of digital improvements. You’ll work closely with our Lead Developer, blending strong engineering fundamentals with AI-augmented development (“Vibe Coding”) to deliver high-quality code at pace. This is a hands-on development role with a strong BAU foundation: you’ll keep our applications stable, fix issues quickly, and make small enhancements that make a big difference to internal users. Alongside this, you’ll contribute to projects on our digital roadmap using modern tooling (including AI coding assistants) to prototype and deliver faster. You’ll be trusted to own tickets end-to-end, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and follow good engineering practices (Git workflow, code review, documentation).
