Location: Halifax Start Date: As soon as possible Hours: Full-time, term-time only Contract Type: Permanent Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and other SEND. Assist class teachers in delivering engaging, differentiated learning activities. Promote positive behaviour through consistent routines, calm communication, and de-escalation strategies. Support students' emotional regulation using a trauma-informed approach. Encourage pupil participation and foster a safe, supportive classroom environment. Supervise pupils during break and lunch times, promoting positive social interaction. Assist with behaviour plans, daily reports, and safeguarding documentation as required.Must-Have Skills & Qualities: Experience supporting children or young people in an educational or care setting.
