Job Description
We are looking for an organised and proactive Legal Secretary to provide high-quality typing, administrative and secretarial support to our busy private client team.
Monday-Friday
Up to £30k
About the Role:
1. Prepare and type correspondence and legal documents.
2. Support fee earners with day-to-day admin, diary management and client communication.
3. Manage electronic filing, case management systems and document organisation.
4. Handle scanning, printing, mail and general office tasks.
5. Assist with digital dictation.
6. Support client file processes, compliance routines and document storage.
7. In the Private Client team, help prepare Wills, LPAs and other estate documents.
About You
8. Previous experience as a legal secretary
9. Experience using a digital dictation tool
10. Strong IT and typing skills, with good accuracy and attention to detail.
11. Clear written communication and a professional manner.
12. Ability to stay organised, meet deadlines and work well in a team.
