Role Overview
* Be the face of Emergency and Critical Care services:
o Receptionists are the first point of contact during emergencies, handling calls, greeting clients, and managing financial transactions.
* Provide updates:
o Relay information to the veterinary team about patients enroute to the clinic or clients in need of assistance.
* Handle administration duties:
o Perform administrative tasks accurately
Working pattern
Week 1: Wednesday and Thursday 18:00-23:00
Week 2: Saturday 18:00-23:00 and Sunday 16:00-23:00
Week 3: Wednesday 18:00-23:00
Week 4: Saturday and Sunday 18:00-23:00
