* Drive critical architectural decisions and establish high‑output development processes that scale the engineering team’s delivery capabilities by 10x.
The ideal candidate
* 7+ years of software engineering experience with expert‑level Python skills and a proven track record of shipping products from scratch to real users.
* Extensive experience with enterprise‑grade deployments, including hands‑on expertise with Docker, networking, and infrastructure debugging in production client environments.
* Highly productive with modern AI development tools and LLM integrations, possessing the communication skills to represent the engineering team in high‑stakes customer meetings.
