Location: Uned 5, Pentrebach / Unit 5, Pentrebach
Responsibilities
* To supervise all school kitchens and the work of all school kitchen staff on a day-to-day basis ensuring compliance with all policies/procedures and regulatory requirements of the School Catering Service i.e. school meals and breakfast clubs.
* To assist the School Catering Manager and School Catering Deputy Manager in the efficient and effective operation and management of the School Catering service.
Requirements
* You will be required to provide evidence of all qualifications specified as essential.
* Ability to speak Welsh is desirable.
