This is a great opportunity to work for an Award Winning Civil Engineering Contractor on environmental projects.
This role will give you the opportunity to either run your own smaller projects or as a tam on larger environmental civil engineering projects, quick progression to becoming a Quantity Surveyor, whilst being supported towards gaining chartership.
Assistant Quantity Surveyor roles and responsibilities:
* Day to day commercial administration of the projects &/or packages under NEC.
* Undertaking and CE's and EW's
* Reviewing progress on site in line with commercials and programme.
* Being trained to monitor, forecast and report on budgets and costs against programme and producing CVR’s.
* Reviewing payment applications
* Attending client and project progress meetings.
Assistant Quantity Surveyor requirements:
* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar qualification and relevant experience.
* 3+ years’ construction industry experience, with Civil Engineering / infrastructure project experience an advantage.
* NEC contract experience.
* Happy to be office and/or site based.
