Compensation and Hours
On‑Target Earnings of £44,000 with a base salary of £26,000, working 42.5 hours per week.

Responsibilities
* Understand all aspects of financial and insurance product regulation
* Monitor finance and insurance performance against company budget
* Support the car sales staff on a daily basis
* Build rapport with customers
Requirements
* Previous experience within a dealership environment
* Excellent customer service skills
* A proven career history in a regulated sales, or motor finance role
* Experience in managing and supporting a car sales team
