Team Leader – Garden Maintenance, South West London & Surrey

We maintain high-end private gardens across South West London and Surrey and are looking for an experienced horticultural maintenance professional, who is ready to step into a leadership role.

The Role
You'll lead a small team delivering high-quality Garden Maintenance and Landscaping projects.
This is a hands-on role. You'll work alongside your team, ensuring that jobs run smoothly and to schedule, whilst retaining high standards of quality workmanship.
The work is active and outdoors all year-round, so good fitness and physical strength are important.
Our Priorities
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
* Proven ability to lead and organise a team
* Previous gardening expereince and plant knowledge
* Excellent timekeeping and reliability
What You'll Be Doing
* Driving the company vehicle (team, tools and materials)
* Leading and organising daily site work
* Maintaining high horticultural standards
* Pruning, planting and carrying out seasonal tasks
* Managing timekeeping and workflow
* Training and guiding team members
* Communicating professionally with clients

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £17.00-£20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 50 – 60 per week
