The Development Support Officer will support the Development team in the delivery of high quality homes across a range of tenures. The role involves providing support for all aspects of development from inception to handover and final closure. Who we are looking for We are now looking for a Development Support Officer who wishes to be part of our significant success, as we continue to create sustainable, energy efficient, innovative homes for the future. To be shortlisted candidates need to provide evidence of the following as a minimum: Level 3 qualification (e.g. A level, NVQ level 3, advanced apprenticeship) or above AND At least 1 years previous experience (within the last 5 years) of working in a Housing Association / Private/Public Sector of Property/Housing/Construction/Planning or Architectural Design. Demonstrable ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders, both in person and via written correspondence. Evidence of meeting targets and deadlines. Computer literate with demonstrable experience and understanding of spreadsheets and other computer packages. A current full driving licence and access to a suitable form of transport* (*where an applicant indicates that a disability prohibits them from driving, this criterion will be waived at the shortlisting stage.
