Customer Service Administrator
£27,000 per annum - £30,000 per annum (depending on skills and abilities)
Permanent role in Wrexham
Working hours: M-F 9am -5.30pm
Main Duties of the Customer Service Administrator:
1. Process orders on a bespoke system
2. Manage customer calls and e-mails in a professional and friendly manner
3. Chase information from customers
4. Liaise with production in relation to order progress
5. Work effectively in a busy manufacturing office environment
Candidate:
The successfully appointed Customer Service Administrator will have:
6. Excellent customer service skills.
7. The ability to work productively in a busy office environment.
