The role of the Area Sales Manager/ Specification Sales Executive Construction Products
* This is a field sales / home based position (approx. 50% home based and 50% field based) Selling a high quality range of manufactured construction materials products used in the construction of residential new builds.
* You will be responsible for winning specifications through influencing architects, main and sub-contractors, providing specifications for various contracts such as small to medium sized builder.
* 75% of your work will be driven by working closely with 3 field sales professionals who are responsible for selling to builder merchants
