The Role
We are seeking a dynamic early-career supply chain professional-ideal for someone coming off a graduate scheme or in their first/second role.
You will support:
* Commercial bid activity - preparing information, coordinating inputs, and assisting the Bid Manager.
* Operational delivery - supporting senior leaders with planning, tracking, and analysing supply chain performance.
* Back-office support - handling data, reporting, documentation, and cross-functional communication.
What We're Looking For
* 1-2 years' experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, commercial analysis, or a similar role.
* Strong communicator, analytical mindset, comfortable working with data.
* Someone ambitious, proactive, and ready to build consulting-style skills.
This role gives you exposure to both commercial and operational sides of supply chain, working with experienced leaders and gaining structured development in a respected UK organisation.
