Our client in Devon is looking for an experiencedSenior Housing Standards / Housing Enforcement Officerto support the private sector housing and enforcement function.
AnEHO is preferred, howeverstrong non-EHO candidateswith significant housing enforcement experience will also be considered.
This role suits a confident practitioner able tolead by example,mentor other officers, and contribute toreviewing and improving housing enforcement procedures and practices, alongside day-to-day enforcement work.
