Continuous Improvement Manager

Site based in Lane End, High Wycombe, HP14 3BY

Permanent, Full-time, Monday - Friday 37 hours

As part of our journey towards operational excellence, we are looking for a highly motivated Continuous Improvement Manager to lead strategic and tactical improvement initiatives across our global manufacturing platform.

This is a pivotal role where you will champion Lean methodologies, drive innovation, and embed a culture of continuous improvement throughout our operations.

Key Responsibilities will include but not be limited to;

* Analyse current production processes and identify opportunities for efficiency gains.

* Implement and optimize Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies across production.

* Lead cross-functional CI projects, partnering with departments such as Engineering, Research and Development, Logistics, and Quality.

* Sustain lean initiatives by embedding monitoring tools and metrics.

* Drive cost-reduction efforts and evaluate ROI on technological improvements.

* Ensure safety and quality compliance in all process enhancements.

* Mentor and coach production teams, fostering a high-performance CI culture.

What we need from you

Education and Experience:

* Degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or equivalent NVQ Level 7
* Minimum Green Belt in Lean or Six Sigma with practical experience applying tools such as Kanban, VSM, Poke Yoke, and SPC
* Proven track record leading change in a manufacturing or industrial environment

* Strong leadership with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Organised, analytical, and results-driven
* Passion for innovation, efficiency, and quality improvement.
