In This Role You Will Be Expected To
* Present a professional and efficient catering delivery to customers
* Utilise your training and product knowledge to effectively sell and upsell to customers, supporting our financial targets
* Resolve customer challenges or escalate them appropriately
* Food and beverage service skills are preferred, with experience in a catering environment beneficial
