At Bohomoon, we’re on a mission to scale our digital presence and connect with our audience in bold, creative ways. We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Paid Media Executive to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering high-performing campaigns across multiple platforms.
This is a hands-on role perfect for someone with a strong foundation in paid social who’s ready to expand their impact across wider paid media channels.
What You’ll Be Doing
Campaign Build & Execution
You’ll take ownership of campaign setup and delivery, building and optimising paid media campaigns from end to end. From audience targeting and ad creation to budgeting and scheduling, you’ll ensure every campaign is executed flawlessly and aligned with our brand and performance goals.
Paid Social Expertise
You’ll lead the day-to-day management of paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest. You’ll continuously test creatives, formats, and audiences to drive performance, while staying ahead of platform trends and best practices.
Multi-Channel Campaign Support
Beyond paid social, you’ll support activity across channels such as Google Ads (including Performance Max, Search, and Demand Gen) and affiliates. You’ll help deliver cohesive, integrated campaigns that maximise reach and impact.
Budget Management
You’ll manage and monitor campaign budgets, ensuring spend is effectively allocated to deliver the best possible return. You’ll track pacing closely and proactively identify risks and opportunities.
Performance & Optimisation
You’ll analyse campaign data, run A/B tests, and make informed optimisation decisions to continuously improve results. You’ll also produce regular reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations.
Quality & Accuracy
With a strong attention to detail, you’ll ensure all campaigns are built accurately, with correct tracking, tagging, and naming conventions in place.
What We’re Looking For
* At least 2 years’ hands-on experience in paid media, with a strong focus on paid social
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Experience managing and working with large advertising budgets
* A data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and act on performance insights
* Proactive, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Experience with affiliate platforms (e.g. AWIN) is a bonus
* Strong copywriting skills and experience briefing creative teams

* Strong campaign performance across key KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, revenue)
* Efficient and effective use of budget
* High accuracy in campaign execution and reporting
* Continuous performance improvement through testing and optimisation
