We're looking for a Sales Assistant, known in our team as a Customer Advisor, to help customers prepare for their next adventure with expert support and great service.

What you'll be doing
As part of our store team, you'll be surrounded by colleagues who share your interest in snow sports and outdoor adventure. Whether you've worked in snow sports or simply love it, this is your chance to stay close to it – learning more and helping others get the most out of it. Each day you can expect to:
* Deliver a standout shopping experience by understanding each customer's needs and helping them find the right snow equipment
* Take pride in the store's appearance and work with your team to create a welcoming and inspiring environment for every customer
* Build trusted product knowledge through expert training and hands-on experience, so you can offer reliable advice
* Learn and deliver specialist services like gait analysis, snow boot fitting and rucksack fitting – we'll give you all the training you need to support every customer's journey
* Help the store run smoothly by keeping shelves tidy, products easy to see, and the stockroom neat and organised
* Be part of a flexible team, with weekend shifts included so we can help customers when they need us the most
* Continue developing your skills, with opportunities to grow your expertise in snow sports and retail, we're here to help you grow.
We're looking for someone who...
* Has a passion for snow sports such as skiing or snowboarding (experience in this sector is a bonus)
* Enjoys helping people and providing great customer service
* Communicates well with a wide range of customers
* Is organised and can handle more than one task at a time in a busy retail environment
* Is keen to learn more about snow sports equipment and outdoor products
