What We're Looking For Qualifications Essential: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Desirable: Masters degree in Electrical Engineering Experience Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in earthing & lightning protection design, assessments, and field testing.
Skills & Attributes Proficiency in CDEGS, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
Strong understanding of UK standards for electrical infrastructure.
Willingness to travel extensively and work onsite (24 nights away/week).
Demonstrated ability to support and develop junior team members.
Collaborative, inquisitive, respectful, and highly accurate in technical work.
