Barnsley Civic is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager. You will work closely with the CEO & Artistic Director and the rest of Senior Leadership Team to deliver our strategic vision, grow revenue through commercial hires and F&B operations, and diversify income streams. This pivotal role involves overseeing governance, HR, financial management, policy development, and the development of data & evaluation frameworks for all operational areas. You'll also play a key role alongside the CEO & AD managing in-house productions, overseeing contracts, and ensuring we deliver on key Arts Council England investment principles.
