As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll take the lead on large-scale residential and new-build schemes, providing expert cost consultancy from inception through to completion.

Manage project budgets and cost plans from start to finish
Lead procurement advice, tender documentation, and contractor negotiations
Oversee financial control, valuations, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
Provide strategic cost advice to private developers on large-scale residential schemes
Handle post-contract cost control, including variations, final accounts, and compliance
Proven QS experience (ideally within a consultancy environment for private developers)
