As a Frontend Software Engineer, you will be part of an skilled team defining and building dashboards and UIs utilised by users across the business, from front to back-end. The electronic trading platform facilitates the trading of billions of dollars. You will join a highly experienced software engineering team with members based in Chicago, Hong Kong, and London.
Key Responsibilities for the Frontend Software Developer:
* 🛠️ Contribute to the design and development of new software and new products.
* 💻 Build and adapt JavaScript libraries for high-performance browser usage.
* 📱 Develop and maintain applications.
* 🎨 Design and develop UI's for clients internally used products.
* 🤝 Collaborate with stakeholders across the business.
* 💡 Suggest and implement new ideas into the code base.
Requirements for the Frontend Software Developer:
* 🎓 A degree in a STEM-related subject.
* 💼 At least 5 years of commercial frontend development experience.
* 💻 Experience with JavaScript, ideally with React.
* Node Experience is highly desirable
* 🌐 Proven experience building robust high volume software, web and software applications.
* 🗣️ Strong communication skills.
* 👁️ An eye for design is a plus.
