Business Assurance Manager
This role is responsible for leading a team of Quality Assurance and Outcomes Testing specialists. You’ll plan, manage, and report on their work within a regulated environment, supporting team development, improving operational processes, and helping deliver excellent customer outcomes.
Business Assurance is a central function that includes Quality Assurance and Outcomes Testing. The team works closely with frontline teams and compliance functions to ensure business processes operate effectively, meet regulatory expectations, and consistently deliver strong customer experiences.
Lead and support the Quality Assurance and Outcomes Testing teams.
Oversee reviews of business processes, service quality, performance, and compliance.
Design and maintain frameworks to support assurance activities in line with regulatory and business needs.
Develop and support the team through coaching, training, and performance management.
Work closely with Training and Competency teams to address business development needs.
Keep policies and procedures up to date, ensuring proper review and governance.
Support annual assurance planning and risk assessments.
Coaching or training experience.
Skilled in Microsoft Office tools.
Experience in Quality Assurance or Outcomes Testing functions.
Detail-oriented and quality-driven.
Capable of managing both policy adherence and customer outcome-focused testing
